[INSIDE] THE FORD, part of the John Anson Ford Theatres complex owned by the County of Los Angeles, is an 87-seat theatre created by renovating the former Taper, Too space on the structure's lower level, just off Edison Plaza. The Los Angeles County Arts Commission used Proposition A funds for capital projects at the Ford to make [INSIDE] THE FORD more patron-friendly and technically advanced than its predecessor.
[INSIDE] THE FORD boasts the most awe-inspiring entrance of any small theatre in Los Angeles. Writing in Performing Arts magazine, Donna Perlmutter said its "spectacular approach conjures images of ancient Delphi."
